Gastronomy present at the closing of the Music Festival

Students from UVAQ’s School of Gastronomy participated in the closing of the Morelia International Music Festival presenting dishes from Poland.

The dishes presented included Zapienkanka (chicken sausage), vodka with cranberries and red fruit tarts.

Our students got ready at 8:00 am and the event went on from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Mexico time).
